Following the training, HHSA employees will be able to: Strengthen capacity and skills to work with diverse clients, understand cultural competency and    awareness, apply collaborative-based approaches with colleagues to resolve conflicts; acquire and develop customer services skills to recognize and reduce inequitable attitudes that hinder the efficient delivery of services to the community.

To create and promote an organizational culture that embraces diversity and inclusion, recognizes and reduces barriers to access to services and optimizes the delivery of services to our client populations, in compliance with State and Federal laws and regulations.
