This introductory four-hour training formerly known as Level 1a & 1b, will focus on an array of topics regarding LGBTQ identity, terms and issues. This training’s objective is to educate and improve awareness, access, equity and inclusion of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender youth, adults and seniors in Napa County. Participants will take away practical best practices for what you can do to better reach and serve LGBTQ people. This training has no prerequisites and is a required training for all HHSA staff. 4 CE hours available.
